As a 14 year veteran of the mortgage industry, real estate lending is not Sherry Rosen's job, it's her passion.
With a background ranging from underwriting to funding, Sherry has earned her lending chops the old fashioned way; through years of hands-on experience. As a wife and mother of three, Sherry realizes the importance of asking key questions to help her understand her customers' needs, goals and values. Finding a mortgage program isn't first on the list, education is. This has led to Sherry being a trusted resource for many other professionals in the real estate field. She manages her customers' mortgage to keep them informed of any market changes, no-cost refinance opportunities and provide any advice that may help save money or grow their personal wealth.
Sherry has a wide array of mortgage lending programs at her disposal, but specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA, Rural Development and Idaho Housing, including grant programs! Working mainly from customer referrals, she takes great pride and care in meeting and exceeding individual expectations.
In her off-time, Sherry enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as camping, hiking and snowboarding (when she can stay on the board!).
