 *ENERGY STAR qualified homes must meet strict guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. To qualify as an ENERGY STAR home, it must receive an independent third-party inspection. The homes are performance tested to verify that the heating, cooling, and duct systems perform with maximum efficiency.
